What is the difference between website & animated invitations?

Website invitations are invitations whose output will be in the form of links to be distributed to guests, while animated invitations are in the form of videos that have been animated so that the output is in the form of mp4 videos to be distributed.

How to order?

Choose any available template in our services pages, or request special custom order if you need some specific theme or style. Send us a message via Messenger

What is your turnaround time?

Regular turnaround time for available themes is 1 days or less.

Turnaround time for special custom order depends on the complexity of the brief and waiting list order, usually it takes 3-5 days.

How will I get the final result?

If it’s a website invitation, we’ll send the finished link via Whatsapp, but if it’s an animated invitation, we can adjust it whether it’s sent directly via Whatsapp, email, or other media drives for best video quality.

HOW IS THE DESIGN PROCESS?

We will start working on your design once we received the information and payment.

Only 3x revision for template package or 4x revision for custom package is included in your order, so please review everything carefully.

If you have additional revisions after your free round, you will have to pay extra charges for an additional round of revisions.

Can I order invitations in a different language?

Yes, of course you can, but there will be additional costs and you are required to include the text brief so that the editor only needs to copy and paste without having to write from scratch.

CAN I USE MY CHOICE OF MUSIC?

Yes, of course you can, but copyright responsibility will be left to the client, not the editor or service provider, we provide an alternative with our default music that we have.

CAN I REQUEST LONGER VIDEO DURATION?

Yes, of course you can, we can extend or speed up the video invitation duration for FREE.

WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT METHOD?

We accept payments via Gcash or Online bank transfer (local) and PayPal (international).

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

We only accept cancellation if there’s no payment made.

IMPORTANT!

All Website Invitations are sent with “Copyright by Metta Invitation” at the end footer of each website. It cannot be deleted.

As well as all animated invitations will be copyright owned by Metta Invitation, so we have the right to share the results as a portfolio, we will only share the portfolio after the date of that day has passed.
